Nasty North Ryderz was established in Toronto in 1998 by our founding Members, Paul “P” Anderson and Ean “Spuddy” Smith, in pursuit of their riding passion. They set the foundation for the select members of NNR to represent a faction and emerge as a presence in the Six.
NNR is recognized as one of Canada’s first urban bike clubs and are known to represent on the street, track and the strip.
Our goal as an organization is to promote the sport, affiliated sport-bike clubs and events which support our local communities.
The original logo was designed by NNR Original Member “Trey” with the mirrored N’s and an upward pointing arrow in between. The arrow is symbolic of the cardinal direction of north, and also a portrayal of Toronto’s signature icon, the CN tower.
In 2013, Gill “Gilly” Dolce and Josh “Joker” Clarke were passed on the torch to the directive of the club, becoming the newest President and VP respectively. Wanting to mark a new generation of NNR ryderz to represent NNR, the new family name became NNRE (Nasty North Ryderz Evolution).
Our motto is, “Quality over quantity”.
